Logan Grzenda was born and raised in North Kildonan, just a stones throw from Selkirk. As a soccer coach and player for over 15 years, Logan is passionate about helping everyone be their best both physically and mentally.
Logan recently graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. In 2019 he achieved his national athletic therapy designation and began practicing as a registered athletic therapist.
When Logan is not working, you can find him watching sports or playing hockey. He has a huge soft spot for his massive 11 year old Newfoundlander dog – appropriately named “Newfie”. His family also owns Nessie, a 1 year old Scottish Terrier who loves to snuggle with him when Newfie isn’t looking.
Logan is thrilled to join Meridian, and to serve the Selkirk area and become more involved in this wonderful community. When asked what the biggest misunderstanding about athletic therapy is, Logan stated “You do not need to be an elite athlete to benefit from the knowledge and training of an athletic therapist. We help everyone with all symptoms from low back pain to plantar fasciitis.”
Book today with Logan, and see what Athletic Therapy can do for you combined with all the other wonder services Meridian has to offer.
